Ben Argent launched Babooba Design in 2007, bringing together extensive experience he gained from the furniture industry.
At 13, Ben started making solid wood furniture. Over the years he secured an impressive range of commissions, varying in scale and complexity.
In 2005, Ben graduated with a BA(Hons) in Furniture and Product design. In the same year he won a national competition for one of his product designs and was taken on as a freelance conceptual designer by a top Chinese lighting manufacturer.
More recently, Ben has gained invaluable experience working with a leading furniture design consultancy who work in collaboration with a German manufacturer.
Realising his ambition, Ben set up Babooba to extend his unique style of design to a wide range of discerning clients.
